Our Story
WIMEN was created due to the lack of education and support for women who are interested in learning about the many diverse ways of investing in today’s world! Our goal is to enable you to be curious, educated and feel confident to take control of your finances, and long term have money work for you.
We are an all inclusive, non-judgemental community whose purpose is to provide you with the education and resources you need to make better decisions regarding your financial future.
Founders
At age 18, Sara, a young, passionate and driven woman had her sights set on building an amazing career. With time and youth on her side she went to work starting at the bottom and working her way to become an executive leader in the events industry, a career now spanning 20+ years.
Fast forward to 2020, with COVID now running rampant around the world, an industry heavily dependent on face-to-face events, Sara was left facing some tough decisions.
Based on the Gold Coast, with her husband and daughter, Katie is passionate about creating businesses and income streams that in turn provide flexibility and financial freedom for her family.
Having purchased her first home when she was 18, she discovered her love of real estate and the opportunities that it could provide. After working as a real estate agent for a few years, Katie then went on to start her first business, Arctic Fox Events.
